Get ready to celebrate Pacifica! The 34th annual Pacific Coast Fog Fest is this coming weekend, September 28-29. As usual, the parade and festival route will wind along Palmetto Avenue in the Sharp Park neighborhood. This year’s parade theme is Discover Pacifica!
While we hope you will all come down to discover Pacifica, for the safety of your pet and the safety of others, please leave your fur babies at home. Walking your dog among hundreds of people can be stressful and harmful to them. People can get caught up in or trip over leashes or inadvertently step on your dog’s feet. Dogs can also get overheated and dehydrated. So, be kind to your pets and leave them at home.
Additionally, official rules prohibit dogs and other pets from Fog Fest; security, police and block captains will be enforcing this.
